After the crushing defeat of his boy, John McCain, last week, reggaetonero Daddy Yankee has finally opened up about backing the wrong horse…or dinosaur…whatever:
“I respect the people’s decision. That’s the good thing about living in a country where democracy exists. Now it is the job of all of us to work as a team and come together like brothers for the good of this nation.”
That’s the smartest he’s sounded in a long time. But I can’t help but wonder if this new feeling of solidarity isn’t just a ploy to get us to buy his new cologne?
