El tema ‘Llamado de Emergencia’ se trata de un joven que sufre de un ataque cardíaco pero no de salud, sino de su dolor de amor. El joven empieza a comparar lo que está sintiendo con exactamente como si tuviera un ataque cardíaco en realidad y utilizó la metáfora de la medicina para darle un sentido romántico a la canción.
