April will bring one of the most anticipated releases of the year, the return of megastar Daddy Yankee. 'Mundial' will be a decisive record for the reggaeton artist who has seen a significant decline in popularity over the last two years. While Daddy Yankee might dominate the top of the charts, some alternative artists like Chilean MC Anita Tijoux and Nortec's Clorofila are already gaining critical success around the web.
Another highlight is the much anticipated first live album of folk goddess Lila Downs, sure to dominate the World Music charts. The most anticipated Regional Mexican releases belong to Diana Reyes' 'Amame Besame', the '#1s' Greatest Hits collection by Intocable and the return of the always fun and explicit Los Pikadientes de Caborca.
