Mi gente, do we have a treat for you this week. El Cangri himself was in Nueva York for the premiere of his pelicula Talento De Barrio at NYILFF and Sucker Free Latino (your staple for what’s hot in the hood) was there to get the scoop.
An apparently chunkier Daddy Yankee came out to the NYILFF to not only endorse his own production/acting debut, but to support another boricua as well. He went to see the premiere of Big Pun: The Legacy Documentary celebrating the life of the late, great boricua rapper.
Besides making movies, the Big Boss is expanding his brand a la Diddy style with talks of a new cologne to come out this fall. Sounds muy yummy no? Hmm…we wonder what El Cangri’s scent would smell like?
